Interest equals infrequency?

My landing into the world of "blog" appears infrequent at best.  Does frequency equal interest?  I would hope not.  I have many interests, perhaps that's my "problem?!"  Perhaps simply to clear the mind and soul of that which over-bears my shoulders a weekly entry would be more suitable.  I have missed the purpose in that case.  With a thousand interests bearing into my mind, the solidarity of introspection weighs heaviest at the moment.  How selfish of me to sit and waste the time of others as I spend it inside my own head.  Perhaps a few moments is EXACTLY what I need to simply clear the mind and soul of that which over-bears... but why the schedule?
